Joe Ferzli - President's Award 2009
Joe Ferzli received the MSCE from the University of Oklahoma in 2000.He worked with SCA Consulting Engineers 1999-2006, becoming a Senior Associate; then with Cary Kopczynski & Company, Inc., Bellevue.His SEAW activities have included chairing the Education Committee.
