Kenneth P. Norrie - SEAW President 1954, SEAW Spokane President 1953 d. 1983
A WWII veteran and a long-time member of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, Ken Norrie served as SEAW's second President and also as the first President of SEAW Spokane.
He worked with the Spokane architectural firm of Culler, Gale, Martell, Norrie and Davis. The October 1971 edition of ACSE Engineering Issues: Journal of Professional Activities includes his article "Licensure of Planners and Its Effect on Civil Engineers."
