Structural Engineers HALL of FAME

Postings here, document and acknowledge the achievements of individuals honored by the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW) since the 1950 establishment of the organization.

• Paul Brallier -- honored as 2019 Engineer of the Year along with Joyce Lem -- has served for 20+ years on the SEAW Disaster Preparedness and Response Committee. He formerly took part in the Washington Urban Search and Rescue Task Force.
  
  In 2011, he traveled to Sendai, Japan, to observe the effects of the Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami.
