Ramon D. "Ray" Upsahl - Life Member 1999 April 15, 1933 - January 29, 2011
Born in Grand Forks, ND, Ray Upsahl received his BSCE from the University of North Dakota. He joined SEAW in 1975. Among his accomplishments as a transportation engineer with the Skilling firm, he designed the underground Rainier Square Pedestrian Concourse for Rainier Bank.
